All Reimbursement Requests should be made to the Secretary Treasurer using the new downloadable Reimbursement Request Form. The form should be filled out completely,
with receipts attached, scanned, and emailed to Drury dot Whitlock at ch2m.com – OR - mailed to: WEAU, Attn: Dru Whitlock, 215 S. State St., Suite 1000, Salt Lake City, 84111.
