In order to make changes to the WEAU website, including the adding/removing of articles, requests must be sent to the webmaster to be reviewed. After approval, a website administrator will make the necessary changes to the site.
The WEAU Webmaster will respond to requests Monday through Thursday during business hours. Please plan accordingly when making requests.

· Include “Training: Announcement” in the subject line
· Attach announcement flyer file to email, in an editable format
· Give a short description in the body of the email, including date of event, registration information (including deadline for registering), or any other necessary scheduling information (agendas, presenters, map to location, etc), and point of contact for questions regarding training/conference
· Include dates for training/conference to be emailed to the membership (Publish date and Archive date), and how often you want an email to be sent to the membership, such as weekly, every other week, etc. This can be scheduled and automatically sent out.
Announcements

· Include “Suggested Site Addition: Announcement” in subject line
· Attach announcement flyer file to email, in an editable format
· Give short description in body of email, including date of event, registration information, or any other necessary scheduling information, and point of contact for questions regarding announcement
· Include dates for announcement to be posted (Publish date and Archive date)
Classifieds

· Attach posting file to email if available
· Give short description in body of email, including position title, company, job description, and contact information
· Include dates for classified to be posted (Publish date and Archive date)
VIDEOS

· Give short description in body of email, including video title
· Attach thumbnail for video

· Give title of video, reason for removal, and if possible CC the video source for confirmation (original requester)

· CC either original requester for posting or point of contact for confirmation of removal
