Proposed Updates to WEAU Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws

The WEAU Board of Directors is proposing several updates to the Association's Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws for consideration by the membership.

The proposed amendments are intended to update and clarify the Association's governing documents, align them with current organizational practices, and improve consistency between the Articles and Bylaws. The changes include administrative updates, clarification of officer and board positions, updates to board succession and training roles, accommodation of electronic communications and voting practices, and other governance improvements. The amendments do not change the mission or purpose of WEAU.
